America's Most Popular Biosolids Dryer

Fenton has manufactured dryers since 1985. The first product lines were the SludgeMASTER® and SludgeMISER®, continuous sludge dryers for the metal plating industry. These dryers were installed in more than 600 sites in the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, Germany, and Switzerland.

Fenton then designed a continuous dryer for the wastewater industry, the SludgeMASTER IRC® line, and a batch dryer for the wastewater industry, the Sludgemaster RK®. The Sludgemaster RK® is the most popular biosolids dryer in the United States. Even with this success, the expert design team at Fenton never stopped working on design improvements, leading to the 2007 release of the Fenix™ CM line of biosolids dryers.
